SpecterAI Trains Vietnam’s First Quantum Security Experts for Future Readiness

SpecterAI has successfully concluded its Train-the-Trainer program, certifying three strategic partners to provide quantum security training independently in Vietnam and Singapore. This initiative is designed to aid organizations in preparing for the shift to post-quantum cryptography. The newly certified partners consist of HPT and QNet in Vietnam, alongside Edmond Tung, a corporate trainer based in Singapore. These partners will now offer SpecterAI’s Quantum-Safe Security Foundations course to a range of sectors, including enterprises, financial institutions, telecommunications companies, and public-sector organizations.

The certification of these partners comes in response to recent advisories from Vietnam’s National Electronic Authentication Centre (NEAC), which has urged businesses to brace for the post-quantum era. The center cautioned that as quantum computing technology progresses, current public key cryptography systems may become vulnerable. This warning is particularly pertinent given that nearly 32 million digital signature certificates were issued in Vietnam by the end of June 2026, underscoring the impending need for cryptographic migration.

The training program offered by SpecterAI includes guidance on evaluating quantum-related cybersecurity risks through Mosca’s Inequality (X+Y>Z). This framework assists organizations in determining the duration for which sensitive data needs to remain secure and the time required to transition to quantum-resistant encryption. The program aims to expand regional expertise in post-quantum cybersecurity by enabling certified partners to independently deliver training, thereby bolstering organizational resilience and future compliance with security standards.

SpecterAI believes that early preparation is key to strengthening organizational resilience and supporting the development of a quantum security ecosystem across Southeast Asia. The company is actively encouraging organizations within the banking, finance, insurance, telecommunications, and government sectors to commence planning for post-quantum cryptography as part of their long-term cybersecurity strategies.
